What happens to your ticket

No queue of strangers. Two people, one thread.

  1. 1

    You open a ticket

From the client area. Say what you are trying to do and what you see.

  2. 2

It goes to the right person

Technical and security problems go to Ayoub. Plans and billing go to Brahim.

  3. 3

You get an answer in the ticket

Replies stay in the same thread, so the history is in one place.

How we work

Three promises you can check.

  • Our uptime is public.

The status page is fed by our own monitor, which checks the website, API, game panel and VPS panel every minute.

    Open the status page
  • Maintenance is announced first.

Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead, except for emergency work.

    Read the SLA
  • The rules are written down.

The SLA says how to claim a credit. The acceptable use policy says what is not allowed.
