Terms of Service
The agreement between you and QByte Host for cloud infrastructure, game servers, domains, and related services.
The service
QByte Host provides virtual private servers, game server hosting, dedicated metal, web hosting, and domain registration. The specific resources, term, and price of each service are shown at checkout and in your client area. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to open an account.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials, API keys, and panel access secure. Activity performed through your account is treated as your activity. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access while we investigate suspected abuse or a security incident.
Orders, billing, and renewals
Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed and the service is provisioned. Prices are exclusive of any payment-processor fee shown at checkout. Renewals are due before the next billing date. We may suspend a service after a failed payment and terminate it after a reasonable grace period. Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension.
Acceptable use
Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You may not use QByte Host to attack networks, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, host illegal content, or interfere with other customers. We may investigate complaints and remove or suspend material that creates a legal, security, or network risk.
Availability and support
We work to keep the platform online and publish current status information at qbyte.host/status. Unless you have a separate written agreement, services are provided on an as-available basis and the Service Level Agreement applies only to the qualifying services described in it. Support is provided through the client area and our published contact channels.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel a service from the client area. We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, abuse, fraud, a legal requirement, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure the issue. Prepaid fees for a terminated service are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the Service Level Agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QByte Host is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. Material changes will be announced in the client area or by email before they take effect. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@qbyte.host.
