Ordering and setup
From account to a running server.
What do I need to order?
A client account and a payment method. You pick a plan, configure it, and pay at checkout. Provisioning starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Create an accountLink to this answerIs there a free plan?
Yes, for SA-MP and MTA: 1 GB of RAM, 5 GB of disk, 100% CPU and up to 500 player slots, with one free server per account. Free servers are not always-on, and stock is limited, so the game page shows how many are left.
See game serversLink to this answerHow fast is my server ready?
VPS, RDP and game servers are provisioned automatically after payment, usually within minutes. Dedicated servers are prepared by hand, so allow 2 to 4 hours.
Link to this answerWhich operating systems can I use?
VPS plans run Linux, with images such as Ubuntu 24.04, Debian 12 and AlmaLinux 9. RDP plans run Windows Server with a full Remote Desktop session. You choose the image when you order, and you can reinstall from the panel later.
See VPS plansLink to this answerWhere are the servers located?
For VPS and Windows RDP, the location follows the CPU tier you pick. Minimum (Xeon E5) and Premium (Ryzen 9) run in Eygelshoven, Netherlands. Standard (Xeon Gold) runs in Velbert, Germany. The order page and checkout show the location before you pay.
View the networkLink to this answerIs the site available in other languages?

How can I pay?
PayPal, card, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or your account balance. Checkout lists the methods available for what you are buying.
Link to this answerIs there a fee on top of the plan price?
On VPS and RDP orders, PayPal, bank transfer and account balance add a 20% payment fee to the listed plan price. Card and crypto payments do not. Checkout shows the total for each method before you confirm, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Link to this answerWhere do I enter a discount code?
At checkout, under the payment methods. Choose “Have a discount code?”, type the code and select Apply. If it is valid, the new total appears straight away.
Link to this answerCan I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes. Choose Crypto at checkout and you are sent to a secure Plisio invoice, where you pick your coin, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT. Crypto pays the listed plan price with no payment fee, and your server starts once the network confirms the payment. The invoice expires after 60 minutes.
Link to this answerHow does the account balance work?
It is a balance on your account that you can spend at checkout. Cashbox in the client area shows the balance and its history, and lets you add to it by redeeming a code.
Open CashboxLink to this answerWhere do I find my invoices and payment history?
In the client area, under Cashbox. It has tabs for purchases, failed payments, renewals, your balance and invoices.
Open CashboxLink to this answerCan I upgrade later?
Yes. CPU, RAM and disk can be upgraded from the client area as your project grows.
Open the client areaLink to this answerCan I cancel, and do I get a refund?
You can cancel a service from the client area. Prepaid fees for a terminated service are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where the SLA provides a credit.
Read the termsLink to this answerWhat happens if a payment fails?
A service can be suspended after a failed or overdue payment, and terminated if it stays unpaid after a reasonable grace period. Pay the open invoice and the service is restored.

What runs where, and what you can put on it.
What hardware do VPS plans run on?
It depends on the tier. Minimum plans run on Intel Xeon E5-2697v4, Standard plans on Intel Xeon Gold 6240, and Premium plans on AMD Ryzen 9 9950X. The CPU is listed on each plan.
Link to this answerWhat dedicated servers do you offer?
Dual Intel Xeon Gold 6240, AMD Ryzen 9 9950X and dual Intel Xeon E5-2697v4 machines, each on a 10 Gbps port with DDoS protection included.
See dedicated serversLink to this answerWhich games can I host?
SA-MP (including open.mp) and MTA run on game plans managed through a Pterodactyl panel. FiveM is sold as a Windows RDP server, which gives you a full desktop for FXServer and txAdmin. It is not offered on the game panel.
Game serversLink to this answerCan I choose the resources for a game server?
Yes. Game plans are configurable: memory from 1 to 8 GB, disk from 5 to 40 GB, CPU, and 64 to 500 player slots. The price updates as you change them.
Link to this answerHow do I manage a game server?
Through the game panel, which is linked from your server in the client area. From there you can control the server, edit its files and rename it.
Your serversLink to this answerCan I run my own control panel?
Yes. A Linux VPS gives you full root access, so you can install the panel and software you prefer.
Link to this answerAre my files backed up?
Backups and snapshots are available on higher tiers and are managed from the panel. The SLA does not cover data you did not back up, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
Link to this answerIs there an API?
Yes. The API documentation covers account, plans, servers, billing, tokens and request logs, and has a live request runner so you can try calls before you write code.
Read the API docsLink to this answerCan I resell your servers?
Yes. Reseller access lets you provision and manage servers for your own customers from your own API key. If you would like to work with us more closely, you can also apply to become a partner.

Protection, uptime, and how to check on us.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, on VPS, RDP, game and dedicated plans at no extra cost. Mitigation is provided with our partner PletX, which has more than 5 Tbps of capacity, and uses filters tuned for game traffic. Attacks above what is stated for your plan fall outside the SLA.
Link to this answerWhat network speed and addresses do I get?
Servers connect at 10 Gbps. Each server gets an IPv4 address, and IPv6 is available where the location supports it.
Link to this answerHow do I know if something is wrong?
Open the status page. Our monitor checks the website, the API, the game panel and the VPS panel every minute, and the page keeps 90 days of history. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead, except for emergency work.
Open the status pageLink to this answerWhat does the SLA promise?
A 99.9% monthly uptime target for paid cloud VPS, dedicated and game servers. If the target is missed because of us, you can claim a service credit: open a billing ticket within 14 days of the incident. Credits do not apply to free tiers or to downtime you caused.
